All sales are final - It is important to note that all our scrunchies and hair scarves are 100% handmade in our studio. Each product is unique and should be treated as such. As all of our products are handmade, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, but we are sure you will love it!

If the integrity of the product is compromised in any way, please email us hello@sienavida.ca with your full name, order number and we will do our best to work something out. 

We stand by the quality of our fabric, handcrafted skill and product durability however, if the integrity of the product, at the time of delivery, is compromised in any way, please let us know.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hrs at hello@sienavida.ca if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
