We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (before tax). We offer free expedited parcel shipping on orders over $100 (before tax).

Since all of our products are handmade, it generally takes 4-6 business days for us to create, pack and ship your product from the time of purchase. That said, when your order ships - you will receive an email confirmation. We utilize Canada Post for all our shipments and they are shipped via lettermail. 

While our scrunchies are made with durable, high quality material - we know you want them to look their best - so you can look YOUR best. We recommend spot cleaning or hand-washing with cold water.

We offer local pick up in Nobleton (Hwy 27 & King Rd) and in Vaughan (Hwy 400 & Rutherford). Please purchase your order online, select "Local Pick Up" at check out and wait for an email from us when your order is ready. Please note we are an online-only business and do not have a physical store front.

Great question - there’s no wrong answer! It all comes down to whichever look and feel you prefer:

Classic - All day hold with a nice, thick band.
Beau  - A bit smaller than our Classic but same fluffiness you love! Suitable for shorter/finer hair. Same great hold as our classic but with a thinner band.
Mini - Our smallest size available, perfect for shorter/finer hair, or tying the end of a braid. 
Cloud - Just as the name says it - big and fluffy like a cloud. Our Cloud scrunchies have the same strong elastic as our Classic scrunchie, but bigger scrunch.
