SHIPPING
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
As all our products are made in small batches, please allow at least 3 - 4 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipping. All orders are processed and shipped from our Toronto studio. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.

We ship all lettermail packages via Canada Post and expedited parcels via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx.
*NOTE: We can only ship scrunchies + greeting cards via lettermail shipping. If you add a different type of item to your cart (ex. skincare, candle, etc), shipping will automatically be determined under standard & expedited parcel shipping as these items are too big for lettermail shipping.
*Lettermail packages can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on where you are located in Canada. Once it has been shipped, there is no way to track where your package is located in transit.

We ship all lettermail packages via USPS and expedited parcels via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
FREE lettermail shipping on all orders over $50.

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.
LOCAL PICK UP
We offer local pick up in Nobleton, Ontario and Vaughan, ON.
If you wish to locally pick up your order, pick the "LOCAL PICK UP" option at checkout. We will reach out to you through email once your order is completed. Please allow us 4-6 business days to handcraft your order.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We offer Price Adjustments if:
- An identical item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase.
